WoW Gold and The Auction House

Scanning the Auction House

A great way to earn WoW gold is from the auction house. Any wealthy WoW player will tell you exactly that. If you can’t be bothered to scan through the entire auction house for cheap items to resell because it just takes too long, reconsider. The auction house is a gold mine and more automated tools and add-ons are now available to assist you with your trade. Say http://www.auctioneeraddon.com/ for starters.

What these sort of tools do is scan the entire auction house for you and display pricing information. When using tools such as auctioneer, I’d recommend scanning several times a week before concluding on an average market price of an item. If you scan just once and there’s only 3 offers for that item, it’s not really an accurate estimate. If you go ahead to sell your item using the first scan estimate, it might turn out people are actually willing to pay a much higher market price for it. In addition, keeping a routine scan ensures you always have the latest pricing information.

Using these tools also enables you to quickly identify and buy up items that are being sold at too low a price. You could then resell these items and earn fast, easy and quick WoW gold.

Auction House Alt

What is an auction house alt? Basically it is a level 1 character that is created specifically for the auction house. These alts never leave the auction house. What’s the benefit? When your main character gains items, they are mailed to the alt. The alt would then list these items, sell them and hang on to the cash while you play your other character. When in need for WoW gold, you could then have your alt transfer the amount to your main character.

The obvious benefits of using an auction house alt is time saving. While using an alt, you can forget about wasted time traveling back and forth carrying items to list. The second very obvious reason is freeing up your inventory space to gather more items. And ofcourse, the alt is there to aid you in your money making endeavors. By using an alt, traders in the auction house need not know the details of your main character as well.

Identifying Legit Gold Sellers

The dispute about buying World of Warcraft gold to boost performance in the game in a never-ending debate. Going further down the line, gamers who decide to buy WoW gold are not only taking the risk with their WoW account but they also risk getting scammed. The most common scams known is ordering WoW gold and having nothing delivered with no refunds.

Over the years, it has become rather obvious that gold sellers are here to stay. As gamers continue to show demand and interest in purchasing in-game currencies, the hot topic nowadays becomes must-know tips to avoid getting scammed. Besides WoW gold, lots of online currency shops now also offer complimentary services such as power leveling and auctioning characters. With so much hype, publicity, reviews and opinionated writing about the gold shops, it becomes much more difficult to identify the legit shops.

So how does one go about distinguishing shops that would guarantee legit transactions? First step would be to ask yourself how you are planning on paying for the gold service. Would it be via credit card, PayPal, money order or via some other means? Once you have decided, check with your payment provider what sort of protection they offer. I would usually recommend using PayPal whenever possible to avoid having to publicly display your credit information. In addition, PayPal provides consumers with an option to create disputes and claims.

A good evaluation point is the customer service. The more legit sites are always fast to provide support and response to your inquiries. An easy test is to send them an email and evaluate the quality and speed of response received. Make sure the site does not have a customer service charge as well. That will cost you even more if you decide to purchase WoW gold from them. Another good practice is checking reviews and customer feedback.

When looking at shop reviews, make sure to look through more than one review for each site. If there’s just one or two negative reviews against a whole bunch of positive reviews, the shop would be a good option. The negative reviews are likely to be on a case-by-case basis. On the other hand, if you come across lots of bad feedback and reviews for the site, then your best bet is to look for another shop to buy WoW gold from. I’ve had my fair share of gold buys and have stuck to buying WoW gold only from KoalaCredits.com to date. I have no issues recommending this site to others who plan on buying WoW gold. The service is fast and reliable. The good thing about using the site’s service is you get exactly what you ask for with no frills and annoying after sale service trying to get more money from you.

High risk high return in WoW

Now step back into Marketing 101. If your currently taking it, great, if not rewind back a few years or maybe a decade? WoW gamers age span is quite stretched out so bear with me. I am not trying to ridicule anyone, I just simply don’t want anyone left out as this post is intended for all ages so to speak.

The point I am trying to make it is that im sure everyone is quite familiar with the ‘high risk high return’ concept where the more you invest, the higher chance you will earn more. This concept also kind of applies to the concept, but instead of the market or the public, your chances of risk are in the form of losing your account. So I would re-phrase the term to become ‘high risk high ban rate’.

WoW Gold

Buying Wow Gold

I know it may sound scary for first time buyers, similar to the first time you do anything, but if done properly and safely, I guarantee no harm. If you were like me, a late bloomer in the world of Azeroth, finding WoW gold was my only option. Plus I was working as well. There was no way in hell I could reach the average players or young generation spending 8+ hours a day. So I took a few days researching for a good shop with good reviews but they all seemed too promising. Every WoW gold seller had nothing but good reviews and comments on their site. What I needed was a TripAdvisor but in the WoW gaming world. All my efforts seemed in vain. Most of the stuff I found was blogs about buying gold and individual sites selling wow gold.

After some late nights and some chats with friends, I found a pretty interesting website called MMOBUX. Boy I was amazed as I had finally found my TripAdvisor for the online gaming world. It compared different shops together with customer reviews. The coolest feature I found was they even had a section where it showed how many shops were selling at a higher or lower price than the gold shop you were currently viewing. It was quite easy to make my decision there.

I went a little off topic there but I just had to share. In the end it all comes down to whether you have the time to play or not. If you playing the game just to kill time, I wouldn’t recommend buying and in-game gold at all. But if you a competitive person like me and working, being an above average player will suffice. This is where buying gold comes. I would love to hear your comments on how buying WoW gold has changed your wow gaming experience and character.
